Limit Use of My Data

You can limit how Research International Limited uses your personal data in connection with Project Uplink. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
1. Limit Non-Essential Processing
Turning on "Limit use of my data" restricts processing to what is strictly necessary to operate the site and respond to you. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched off and your details are not used for profiling or promotional messaging.
2. Opt Out of Communications
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@projectuplink.io with the subject "Unsubscribe" and we will stop sending updates.
3. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@projectuplink.io. We respond within one month and may ask for information to verify your identity.
4. Deleting Your Registration
If you submitted an expression of interest and want it removed, email us from the address you registered with and we will delete the record and confirm once done, unless we are required to retain it by law.
5. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
